Fort Wayne's Scariest Haunted House

All customers, staff and property entrants agree to the posted waiver when they enter the property, including when redeeming their ticket, prior to entrance. Individuals not in compliance with the rules jeopardize not just their own eviction, but their entire group.

House rules, warnings and expectations are as follows:
By entering Hysterium you agree to the following expectations:
*Don’t touch any staff, it will be considered harassment and possibly assault.
*Don’t touch the set or props-you can be held liable for damages.
*Don’t enter our property or into the attraction if intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
*Don’t tease, harass, verbally assault or swear at any employees.
*Don’t run.  Stay on designated customer pathways.
*All bags are subject to search, but preferably leave them in your vehicle.
*No weapons or outside food or drink allowed.
*Guests must continue moving forward at all times-No stopping or slowing down, unless to let other groups pass you.  For safety reasons, all guests must be able to keep up a normal pace inside the attraction so as to not cause other attendees to back up behind them.
*No cameras, flash, video or live streaming while in the haunted house without prior permission of Hysterium.
*No smoking or vaping in the building or within 20 feet of the building.

We suggest you arrive 20 minutes before your RSVP ticket time slot you purchased because you need to get through the Ticket Window, Security Scan, and short Que line.  We strive to stay on schedule for TIMED RSVP ticket.  General Admission tickets are in a separate line with a wait time of 30 -120 minutes depending on the night. Saturdays are busier than Fridays and the last three Saturdays of October are high season for every haunted house.  We recommend buying online RSVP Timed tickets to save time and money.

Parking is available on any surface city street near the property, and the parking lot across the street closest to our entrance.

No, Hysterium actors will not intentionally touch guests. Accidental touch may occur depending on your reaction to the scares.

Yes, Groups of 13 or more guests can get a group discount if they use HystGroup13 when ordering 13 or more tickets and must be ordered ONLINE in advance.  Special company discounts can be arranged for larger groups by contacting Info@Hysterium.com.

Yes, we support our military veterans and donate tickets every week to VetTix.org.  

No photography, filming, flashlight use or other use of cell phones in any form is allowed inside the Haunted House experience without prior permission from Hysterium. Photography taken outside the haunt is allowed. Media access requests should contact info@Hysterium.com.

There is no age limit if an adult is accompanying children, although discretion is advised for children under the age of 10. This haunt is real and one of the top attractions in the state. It may not be suitable for younger ages, and certainly not for children who require being held.  We recommend that you leave young children home and instead bring them to our FREE TRUNK or TREAT and $5 Lights On Tour on the last Saturday of October from 4-6pm.  The costume contest has trophies as well. The little ones will grow fast and can come when they are older.

Yes, everyone in line at closing time will get in. We won’t let the monsters go to bed until you have been through.
